A fine dining experience nestled amongst the woodland of the Ashcombe Estate. Enjoy views stretching out over the estate towards the mouth of the Exe Estuary whilst enjoying locally sourced food cooked by Chef Scott.
We’ve worked closely with Ashcombe Estate to uphold their values of sustainability and encourage upcycling of materials where possible. You’ll be kept warm and toasty with our chic washing machine drum fire pits whilst your food is prepared in a kitchen area walled in with old pheasant pen posts and wood from felled trees, part of the estate’s woodland management.
The Woodland Kitchen menus aren’t prepared more than 2 weeks in advance. We listen to the seasons and our suppliers to find out ingredients will be at their very best.
