Using locally sourced lump wood charcoal we cook some of Devon's finest ingredients. Burgers and bangers are from Powderham Farm Shop using our own recipes, all the meat is marinated minimum of 24 hours to our own style.

Lightly brined before being slow cooked in our smoker ready to be pulled, sliced & enjoyed. served with Crusty rolls, sauces & Relishes
Marinated in our blend of spices then rubbed with a blend of mustards before being smoked with marjoram over Apple wood
Whole Chicken marinated with a blend of spices including paprika slow cooked to keep all the flavour in. served with lemon & Parsley mayonnaise & chili sauce
Seasonal Mackerel supplied by Greendales fish mongers, cured with lime & chili before being hot smoked

We smoke our Pork shoulders with oak wood to give it a well rounded flavour. finished with Sage Mayonnaise & apple Jelly
